- 2+ years of experience managing a dental office or healthcare practice.
- BILINGUAL IS A MUST (Eng-Span)
- Proven ability to oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient relations.
- Experience leading and training front office staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, etc.).
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
- Background in budgeting, collections, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
