We are seeking motivated individuals to join our fire sprinkler crew as helpers on commercial construction projects. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow into a Fire Sprinkler Fitter and eventually lead your own crew.
Pay :
- $18/hr
Schedule & Start Times:
- Typical project hours: 6:00AM to 3:00 PM
- Crew meeting times with your foreman: 4:00–5:30 AM
- This role is ideal for early risers who want to start their day early and finish early
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, fabricating, and installing fire protection systems
- Support the foreman and crew with day-to-day tasks on site
- Read and follow directions, contribute to maintaining a safe and clean jobsite
- Engage in heavy lifting and handling tools/equipment (up to 100 lbs)
- Work as a team to help complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- No prior fire sprinkler experience required (entry level)
- Some commercial project experience is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready for early morning starts
- Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn
