Now Hiring: Elite Sales Professional (Auto, Life, Health & Fire)| Ayanna Ford-Bogan State Farm Agency
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business in all lines, with a strong focus on Life & Health production
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals with precision and consistency
- Deliver quotes, close deals, and follow up like a pro
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Stay sharp-constantly refining your knowledge of State Farm products and processes
- Has 3+ years of experience selling within a State Farm insurance Agency
- Can confidently cross-sell across all lines-Auto, Life, Health, and Fire
- Exceeds production goals consistently and knows how to drive results
- Possesses a deep understanding of State Farm systems, underwriting guidelines, and sales compliance
- Leads with urgency, integrity, and a customer-first approach
- Has an active insurance license (P&C and Life/Health required)
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Tuesday - Saturday sales position (1/2 day on Saturday)
- $18-25 per hour depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Performance bonuses and incentives
