ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of eight who work together in a supportive and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an operations manager for a healthcare group and as a sales consultant with Aflac, experiences that helped shape my leadership style and focus on strong customer relationships.

Community involvement is a major focus for our agency. We’ve hosted community health fairs, coat and turkey giveaways, and actively participate in local outreach efforts. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ayanna Ford-Bogan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
