ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in fire claims, but I always knew I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps as a second-generation State Farm agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia and a proud parent of three adult children and grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren.

As a Customer Service Representative with Baxter Bouchillon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
