About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager with a focus on HR and Finance systems. The successful candidate will serve as a business partner to the HR and Finance functions, as well as a technical lead in the systems they use. This role is pivotal in establishing best-in-class program and risk management, and is responsible for the ongoing optimization, rationalization, and maintenance of operational and reporting tools within the HR and Finance functions. The Vice President, Product Manager will also lead support for user experience, platform stability, and performance, and will be involved in enhancing the scalability of key connected planning technologies across the firm. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for Management Information Systems, Business Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required, with a background in the implementation, management, or consulting of HR or Finance systems being beneficial. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and/or Finance functions and their processes, and a proven track record of solving complex technology, process, or data-related problems. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage a small team of resources.
