Title: Vice President, Human Resources
Location: Blue Bell, PA
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a hands-on, execution-focused HR leader to oversee Human Resources and Labor Compliance for our rapidly growing multi-site, multi-state organization.
While titled "Vice President," this role is designed for a deeply involved individual who wants complete ownership of an HR department. This is an exceptional opportunity for an advanced HR Generalist or Director to step up, build infrastructure from the ground up, and directly impact an expanding workforce of over 200 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Executive & Compliance Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leadership on all HR and compliance matters.
- Regulatory Oversight: Oversee multi-state labor law compliance, including wage & hour, exempt/non-exempt classification, overtime, PTO, FMLA, and ADA.
- Infrastructure & Policy Design: Draft, implement, and enforce standardized HR policies, procedures, and comprehensive employee handbooks.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and risk management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and oversee current internal HR staff.
- Growth & Expansion: Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy to support new program launches and expansion into new states.
- Operational Travel: Travel as needed to support existing clinical locations and launch new programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience , with mandatory experience within the healthcare industry (medical group or multi-site clinical operations experience preferred).
- Multi-Site & Multi-State Operations: A proven track record managing HR across multi-site and multi-state jurisdictions is strictly required.
- Employment Law Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of labor and employment law, specifically wage & hour compliance.
- Policy Creation: Demonstrated experience writing and implementing HR policies from scratch.
- Leadership Style: A hands-on, execution-focused leadership style with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base Salary: $120,000
- Paid Time Off: 160 hours PTO + 6 paid holidays
