In this role, you will manage the flow of materials by organizing work orders, gathering and delivering parts, and ensuring inventory records remain precise to support both manufacturing output and customer fulfillment. Role Overview Our team is looking for a focused and driven individual to serve as a Warehouse Parts Coordinator and Material Handler. In this role, you will manage the flow of materials by organizing work orders, gathering and delivering parts, and ensuring inventory records remain precise to support both manufacturing output and customer fulfillment. We are looking for someone comfortable in a high-speed industrial setting who is proficient with RF scanning technology and forklift operation. Primary Duties Gather items for customer sales, manufacturing, and engineering requests. Help maintain high inventory integrity by logging material usage through computer systems and RF scanners. Prepare and package customer shipments in accordance with established protocols. Manage the processing of small parcel and LTL freight shipments. Drive sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers with a focus on operational safety. Ensure that all sales and work orders are labeled with high precision. Support the team by receiving, organizing, and shelving incoming components. Perform regular cycle counts and physical audits to guarantee stock accuracy. Alert production planners and management immediately regarding any missing materials. Collaborate across departments including Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to facilitate on-time order delivery. Support the loading of finished products and help expedite parts to keep production moving. Provide guidance and support to onboarding staff members. Ensure all necessary documentation and logs are filled out with complete accuracy. Investigate and fix inventory variances by working alongside relevant team members. Uphold strict quality standards to ensure every order is processed correctly. Requirements Background in material handling, shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency in operating industrial equipment such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. Experience utilizing warehouse management software and RF scanning devices. Fundamental computer literacy and data entry capabilities. High level of precision and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory levels. Competency in interpreting shipping documentation, inventory logs, and work orders. Strong organizational and analytical problem‑solving abilities. Capacity to manage competing priorities within a high-volume work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
