Insurance Defense AssociateSeeking an outstanding Insurance Defense Associate to join a growing law firm in Irvine, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney who is looking to take ownership of cases, work closely with clients, and build a long-term career in a collaborative and professional environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle insurance defense litigation matters independently from inception through resolution.Defend claims involving premises liability, product liability, and/or construction defect.Manage all aspects of assigned case files, including case strategy and evaluation.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.At least 4 years of litigation experience.Substantial experience with a recognized law firm is preferred.Experience defending premises liability, product liability, and/or construction defect claims.Ability to independently handle and manage case files.Strong discovery, case evaluation, legal research, and writing skills.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.A proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach.Passion for litigation and a strong commitment to client service.Ability to see the bigger picture while effectively managing day-to-day case responsibilities.Academic credentials from a Top 100 law school preferred.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation, excellent legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload.
