What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans according to professional practice standards
- Implement treatment programs for inpatient physical therapy patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Kansas
- At least 1 year of inpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
