Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $112,500 $153,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, and monitoring in the Emergency Department
• Develop and implement ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives
• Support emergency response efforts such as code blue, trauma, and stroke alerts
• Serve as preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, fostering education and clinical practice excellence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in urgent care situations
• Participate in hospital committees focused on patient safety and quality improvement
• Contribute to shaping emergency pharmacy services at a Level III Trauma Center supporting over 36,000 ED visits annually

What You Need

• Valid Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility
• Current BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior emergency department pharmacy experience
• Experience developing clinical protocols
• Leadership or precepting experience

About the Assignment This permanent role is based at Salina Regional Health Center, a well-respected hospital with a 26-bed Emergency Department and Level III Trauma designation.
