Experience: Prior outpatient/inpatient experience preferred

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients to determine treatment needs and develop individualized therapy plans
- Implement and oversee evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and home care strategies
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards during treatment
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid physical therapy license in Kansas
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
- Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
