What We Offer Salaried position wage based on previous experience 6.5 paid holidays per year plus 2 Floating Holidays Full slate of benefits to include health, dental, vision, and 401k Growth and wage increase through company paid certification program What You’ll Do Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and patient flow. Lead and mentor non-clinical staff while fostering a culture of service and accountability. Collaborate with clinical leaders to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
