Vice President Of FinanceRustica is a leading manufacturer of handcrafted doors and hardware, known for innovation, quality, and design. We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead Rustica's financial strategy, optimize manufacturing cost structures, and harness the full power of NetSuite ERP to drive operational excellence. This role will champion data-driven decision-making that accelerates growth, enhances profitability, and supports our commitment to craftsmanship and innovation.The Vice President of Finance will partner closely with company owners to help lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. This role demands advanced NetSuite ERP expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Springville, Utah. Remote work is not available for this role and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP for financial processes, reporting, and integrations.Help oversee cost accounting for manufacturing, including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and margin optimization.Help develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth strategies.Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.Help manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, cost reduction, and capital investments.QualificationsExtensive hands-on experience in finance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
