Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) The ICU is a 32-bed unit on the 1st floor, staffed with RNs and CNAs, operating with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. Responsibilities Comprehensive patient assessments. Administration of specialized treatments. Monitoring critical conditions and adjusting care plans. Ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic environment. Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to support patient care. Qualifications and Requirements Current state RN license. Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. One year of RN experience preferred. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
