Job Details:

• Reporting Structure: Reports to the Wholesale Manager or Director of Wholesale.
• Salary: Salary is based on experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Pay Range: Starting $16-$18 Hourly Rate.
• Location: Fort Lauderdale, Fl. 33309.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Schedule: 9:00am to 6:30pm / Monday thru Friday.

Warehouse Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

Wholesale Assistants have various duties related to product and inventory management, customer service, and administrative tasks within a wholesale environment.

Their main responsibilities typically include:

• Assist with the receipt, storage, and tracking of stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process customer orders and handle customer service on the floor.
• Manage returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Help with the analysis of sales data and forecast future demand.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Receiving new merchandise.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with wholesale operations and inventory management systems is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a wholesale or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
