Office Assistant Wanted!
We are seeking detail-oriented organized individuals who is good with both customer service with adults and Keiki. Candidates must have computer skills, enjoy planning events, and be part of and contribute to an appreciative community. If so, we want you to join our team!
Position: We need 2 more Office Assistants.
Location: Alexander Academy of Performing Arts
Schedule: Part time hours needed both morning and evenings. 8:30-12:00 or 2-6:30 Monday- Friday shifts Saturdays 8:30-2
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office operations and procedures
Handle incoming calls/emails and correspondence
Manage attendance and schedules
Maintain office and studio supplies inventory
Work at events including fundraisers and performances
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to problem solve, organize, detail oriented.
Good attitude towards work and our programing
Previous office experience
Compensation:
Compensation pending on experience
Part time, with potential for growth full time with benefits and office manager.
