The Position The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management, operations, and resident experience at Barrett Country Club. Please note: While the primary assignment for this position is Barrett Country Club, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work at other JCMLiving communities and locations in the surrounding area as business needs require. Key Responsibilities Maintain high occupancy and support leasing and retention efforts Build positive, professional relationships with residents and address resident concerns promptly Oversee rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances Manage leases, renewals, and other resident documentation Supervise and support office and maintenance personnel Train, coach, and monitor employee performance and progress Oversee the overall upkeep, appearance, and maintenance of the property Ensure the safety and security of residents, employees, and the community Develop and maintain positive relationships with local officials, police, fire departments, vendors, and other community partners Ensure property operations are efficient, organized, and compliant with company policies Utilize technology and property management systems to effectively manage day-to-day operations Support JCMLiving's commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of Property Manager experience with market-rate properties Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and utilizing property management software Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to work at other nearby JCMLiving locations when needed Benefits of Joining JCMLiving We Offer a Competitive Compensation And Benefits Package, Including Competitive salary - $65-$75k base salary plus an aggressive commission plan.
