This position partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights related to compensation programs, headcount planning,incentivecompensation,budgeting,andorganizationaleffectiveness.Theindividualwilldevelopfinancialandanalyticalmodels,supportannualcompensationcycles,andhelpdrivestrategicworkforcedecisions.Duties and Responsibilities:Supportcompensationplanningactivities,includingannualsalaryreviews,incentivecompensationprograms,marketbenchmarking,andpayequityanalyses.PartnerwithHR,Finance,andbusinessleaderstodevelopandmaintainworkforceplanning,headcountforecasting,andlaborcostmodels.Analyzecompensation,benefits,andworkforce-relateddatatoidentifytrends,risks,andopportunities.Buildandmaintaindashboardsandreportingthatprovideactionableinsightsintocompensationmetrics,workforcecosts,organizationaltrends,andkeypeopleindicators.Support thedevelopment,administration,andongoingevaluationofshort-termandlong-termincentiveplans.Prepare presentations, reports,andexecutive-levelanalysesrelatedtocompensationprograms,workforceplanninginitiatives,andorganizationaleffectiveness.Performscenariomodelingandadhocanalysestosupportstrategicbusinessdecisions.Identifyprocessimprovementopportunitiesandcontributetoautomationandreportingenhancements.Ensuredataintegrityandcompliancewithcompensation-relatedpolicies,practices,andapplicableregulations.Performsrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagement.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance,Accounting,Economics,HumanResources,BusinessAdministration,Analytics,orrelatedfield.5+yearsofexperienceincompensation,workforceplanning,FP&A,HRanalytics,orarelatedanalyticalfunction.Experiencesupportingcompensationprograms,laborcostplanning,incentivecompensation,orworkforceanalyticspreferred.Mortgage,financialservices,banking,orrelatedindustryexperiencepreferred.Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:Advanced Excel and reporting skills; familiar with BI tools and financial systems.Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals.Experience utilizing HRIS, compensation, and reporting tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with HR and business leaders.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttodataaccuracy.Demonstratesownership,accountability,andsoundjudgment.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Working on-site at assigned office location.Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.Additional Information:While this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
