RN MDS Assessor (Full-time)

Momentum at South Bay has an opportunity for a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an RN MDS Assessor Mandatory sub-acute nursing experience. MDSexperience preferred. Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
