Productivity, Retail Commission, Customer Return Bonuses and GREAT Tips (stylists average between $6-18/hour in tips & bonuses)! Be a part of a GREAT Franchise! (Must have a valid WA State Cosmetology or barber's license.) What are salon owners looking for in a great Salon Manager?
