Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contract, and program office) will require you to possess strong presentation and communication skills.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA, Huntsville, AL, McKinney, TX, Ft. Collins, CO, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Relocation assistance is not being offered.What You Will DoPreparing weekly and monthly program reportsSupporting internal Earned Value Management implementation and maintenance, including variance analysis and monthly EV deliverablesDevelopment of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)Supporting the monthly forecasting process, including stakeholder coordination and Rplan updatesProviding support for internal program reviews, including chart development and presentationCSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables)Providing ad‑hoc analysis and decision support to program leadershipQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 5 years professional finance/accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years professional finance/accounting experienceExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysisExperience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPointU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We PreferExperience supporting an Earned Value program or EV environmentStrong analytical thinking and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while multitaskingStrong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead and participate in meetingsAbility to meet critical deadlines and drive process improvementsExperience with SAP APEX, PRISM, and BWExperience working in a DoD environmentLearn More & Apply NowPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
