Talent Acquisition Manager

Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, the fully remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a team of 3-5 professionals while driving talent acquisition strategy and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performance team of Talent Acquisition professionals, establishing goals and metrics aligned with organizational objectives Serve as a strategic talent advisor, developing acquisition strategies that align with business growth plans and market conditions Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities, ensuring compliance and efficient execution of recruiting processes across various roles Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting At least 2 years of direct people leadership or recruiting team management experience Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leaders in a consultative environment Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and talent acquisition best practices
