• Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanour.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
