As Account Associate for The Dawon Coleman Agency- State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, friendly responses
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Contribute to team initiatives and participate in community outreach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll help!)
