Our clinic specializes in Integrative and Aesthetic Medicine! What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant / Receptionist , your role will be a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like: Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Schedule appointments and manage patient records with attention to detail. Assist with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams. Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Show your creative side with digital ad design and social media marketing. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient feels cared for and valued. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (medical or administrative). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others. Strong customer services and sales experience. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures is a plus. Experience in Digital Marketing and Canva for creative ad designs.
