Senior Manager - Workday Financials

Senior Manager – Workday Financials Expected pay range: $175,000–$225,000 USD annually, based on qualifications and experience. Job Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of consultants. Lead engagements within the Workday Financials Practice and recommend best practices related to Workday functionality. Manage support requests related to Workday Financials, requiring workstream management and cross‑functional collaboration. Serve as subject‑matter expert, developing system configuration solutions, composite reports, and calculated fields; prototype systems, and assist client in testing the Workday solution. Modify and redevelop/engineer business processes based on unique client requirements and best practices across the Workday platform. Support client‑side implementations, including assembling data‑gathering workbooks, system testing, and UAT. Work with clients to convert legacy data into Workday. Establish effective working relationships with clients and outside vendors. Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features across new Workday releases. Perform peer reviews, manage, train, and mentor junior staff. Requirements 6+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management and hands‑on experience delivering Workday solutions in this area. 4+ years as an Implementation Manager, or Systems Architect with Workday, a Workday Partner or Workday Client. 2+ years experience in project management. Deep functional knowledge of financial systems and processes, advanced report writing skills, and experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules and calculated fields. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Adaptive insights solutions experience is a plus. Current or previous Workday Certification highly desired, including Workday PRO. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to support multiple customers concurrently on short‑duration projects. Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
