Contracts Manager - Senior, Vision and Dental

What We Need The position of Contracts Manager in the Contracts Development & Contracts Delivery team is as a lead for Senior, Vision and Dental products. The Contracts Manager will work with all levels of Contracts Analysts to ensure appropriate task assignment and completion and, working directly with leadership, will oversee the majority of project implementations end-to-end to ensure that plan benefit descriptions and contract language are in compliance with operational requirements and all applicable health insurance laws and regulations. Your Day to Day The Contracts Manager Will Develop and implement new and revised Senior, Vision and Dental products and financial arrangements as required to support state and federal legislation requirements, regulatory requirements, new plan offerings, and corporate concerns. Specific tasks include but are not limited to: Annual updates for Senior (Medex, MBSR, MAPD), Dental and Vision Development and ongoing maintenance of new policy forms Complete outstanding updates to the Dental certificates. Oversee and manage “big picture” requirements for annual Senior, Vision and Dental product changes and drive results towards key deliverables and ensure milestones are met. Complete the necessary analysis of all requested annual changes to ensure that the appropriate contract documents, system values, and updates are in place. Participate in the implementation of new products, product changes, and corporate initiatives by analyzing changes, documenting impacts, and acting as lead for the department on cross‑functional workgroups and/or managing projects. Coordinate and oversee corporate and department projects and initiatives and ensure milestones are met. Major Responsibilities Work with leadership to define strategic direction, goals, and objectives of the business unit; act in a lead role representing the department on cross-functional teams or initiatives Must be able to lead specific projects or customer-related deliverables Must be able to challenge and motivate staff to reach their highest potential This position is eligible for the Flex persona. What You Bring 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, including product development and implementation. Supervisory experience, or experience leading cross functional projects preferred. Bachelor degree level of education. Minimum Education Requirements High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above Location Hingham Time Type Full time Salary Range $100,980.00 - $123,420.00 The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability. This job is also eligible for variable pay.
