The Senior Director of Brand Execution & Owned Retail is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how the brand lives, scales, and resonates globally across markets, channels, and physical environments, ensuring brand vision is translated into exceptional execution at every touchpoint. In partnership with the Sr. Director of Brand & Design, this leader brings the brand to life through disciplined, high-impact execution across global campaigns, product launches, owned retail environments, and partner experiences.

This role serves as the operational and cross-functional engine behind the brand, building the systems, standards, and alignment required to deliver a cohesive and elevated brand experience at scale. The Senior Director ensures the brand is not only distinctive and aspirational, but also executable, measurable, and consistently expressed across regions, channels, and consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global brand execution across markets, channels, and business units, ensuring the brand is activated consistently, powerfully, and with relevance to target consumers.
• Establish and govern brand standards, execution frameworks, toolkits, and workflows that enable aligned, scalable implementation across regions, launches, and functions.
• Drive the rollout of integrated brand campaigns and communication platforms across owned retail, digital, channel partners, product launches, and partner ecosystems, ensuring flawless execution and a unified brand experience.
• Oversee PR operations and brand communications infrastructure, including processes, governance, messaging alignment, and performance measurement, to support disciplined and effective global brand visibility.
• Shape owned retail as a flagship expression of the brand, ensuring store environments, experiences, merchandising, and activations embody brand values and align with the broader brand vision.
• Drive the performance, evolution, and strategic expansion of owned retail locations, developing execution roadmaps that support growth, strengthen consumer engagement, and elevate physical brand presence.
• Partner closely with Channel Marketing, GTM, Sales, Web, Operations, and BU leadership to align brand execution priorities with commercial objectives, product launches, and go-to-market plans.
• Build and lead high-performing brand execution and retail teams, fostering operational excellence, strong cross-functional partnerships, and accountability.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global brand management and/or owned retail leadership.
• Proven ability to build and scale strong, internationally consistent brands.
• Experience leading owned retail environments and expansion strategies.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, communications infrastructure, and PR operations at scale.
• Commercially driven mindset with the ability to connect brand equity to revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
• Inspirational leadership style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions.

Annual Salary Range $200,000—$240,000 USD
