Job Description

Job Title: Construction Estimator

Location: Jacksonville

About the Role:

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates
Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor costs
Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Track and manage project cost data

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
