Research Assistant

Position Summary: The research assistant will help with the qualitative analysis and synthesis of that analysis for publication of the research findings

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Verification of the fidelity of interview transcripts
• Qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews
• Synthesis of the findings
• Ensuring ethical considerations
• Writing draft of the research findings

Qualifications:

• Minimum MSc in health-related discipline
• Experience in qualitative research methodologies
• Experience in knowledge synthesis methods is an asset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
