As an Associate Director, Accounts, you will actively contribute to the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from strategic development to execution. **Key Responsibilities:*** Exceptional understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives* Apply marketing savvy and strategic thinking to solve unique business challenges for our clients* Effortlessly partner and work cross-functionally with Next Gen Client Services, Production, Digital, and University Relations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns* Manage daily workflow and serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for clients* Provide comprehensive reporting that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to campaign objectives* Mentor direct reports to create best in class team.
