Associate Director -Vendor Management

Responsibilities Lead vendor strategy, governance, and day-to-day oversight Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive vendor performance improvements Manage vendor relationships across patient support and access services Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Patient Services, Market Access, Legal, Finance, etc.) Support vendor onboarding, contracts, and financial processes Lead projects for program launches, enhancements, and vendor transitions Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Qualifications 8+ years in vendor management, patient services, or healthcare operations Experience managing third-party vendors in a regulated environment Knowledge of reimbursement, access, and patient support processes Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and performance trackingStrong stakeholder management and project leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
