Senior Surgical Technician

Senior Surgical Technician at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Variable shifts with Call rotation.

Performs a variety of technical duties to scrub in surgery. Prepares operating rooms for surgery, using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in operating room as assigned and directed. Serves as a resource along with the RN Specialty Coordinator for at least one surgical specialty.

Required qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• 5 years Scrub experience.
• National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
