We serve a global client base and are rapidly expanding. As part of this growth, we’re seeking a seasoned Account Manager with a passion for relationship-building and solution delivery in the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Energy domains . As an Account Manager for our Manufacturing Services clients, you’ll play a key role in nurturing client relationships, delivering value-driven solutions, and acting as the primary liaison between the client and client's cross-functional teams. This is a client-facing role requiring weekly onsite presence (Mon–Thurs) to foster collaboration and deepen engagement with key stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders and executives. Act as the bridge between client leadership (Functional & Technical) and internal delivery teams. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs. Visit client site weekly (Mon–Thurs) to meet stakeholders, understand challenges, and foster relationships. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts. Regularly report progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and forecast account performance metrics. Oversee onboarding and integration of new clients while enhancing existing partnerships. Qualifications Strong understanding of functional processes in Manufacturing Services is mandatory . Familiarity with current technology trends relevant to MS clients. Proven experience in account management, preferably within Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Energy . Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Self-driven, dependable, and relationship-focused professional. 8+ years of relevant account management or client engagement experience. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. – no sponsorship available at this time.
