Mechanical / Civil Engineer - Facility Manager

Job Description Our client, an International Machine Manufacture is looking for an experienced Mechanical/ Civil engineer in Davis, CA. Location: Davis, CA Industry: Machine Manufacturing Position: Mechanical / Civil Engineer-Facility Manager Salary Range: DOE 100K-120K Full time/ Direct Hire/ Exempt/Flex core time/ with benefits Responsibilities Coordinate, inspect & direct facility maintenance and repairs as needed for all aspects of the building structure, support equipment, and surrounding property. Provide project management, develop schedules, and coordinate design and scope for various projects, alterations, and additions to the existing buildings and surrounding property Communicate and work effectively across multiple teams and departments to provide value engineering/consultation services and to achieve project completion Daily maintenance, including hands‑on tasks Direct, consult, research, order & procure materials as needed for various projects and facilities needs Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent Mechanical background such as electrical, plumping, PLC, overhead Crain, is preferred. Minimum 5 years of direct experience in all aspects of facilities maintenance Direct experience with OSHA, environmental compliance and all applicable local and federal regulations Proficient with electrical wiring, troubleshooting and schematics Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, TEAMS) Proficient with AutoCAD or equivalent Japanese skill is a big plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
