Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $28.90 - $41.00 hourly (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• 7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday at +$1.25/hour
• 3pm-11pm: Monday-Thursday at +$2.00/hour
• 3pm-11pm: Friday-Sunday at +$3.00/hour
• 11pm-7am: Monday-Thursday at +$4.00/hour
• 11pm-7am: Friday-Sunday at +$5.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 offered
• Placement Fee: 20% of annual salary

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across diverse clinical settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
• Assess patient needs, monitor safety, and respond proactively to potential risks
• Coordinate and oversee care delivery, including treatment, medication, and discharge planning
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about health conditions and post-care needs
• Lead and mentor other licensed and non-licensed staff, fostering a collaborative environment
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with policies and regulations

What You Need

• Valid nurse license in Michigan
• CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ years' relevant healthcare experience

• Experience in psychiatric, acute, or geriatric care
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
