University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Ann Arbor, MI. This role involves providing essential support and care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with medication reminders and mobility assistance Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements Previous experience in care giving or related field is a plus.
