At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs serving 16 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! NOW HIRING An ERSEA Assistant MANAGER:

Under the direct supervision of the ERSEA Manager, the ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in developing, implementing and supervising a high quality program in the Agency's service area, and assuring compliance with Performance as they relate to the social service, eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance components. The ERSEA Assistant Manager must be knowledgeable about the availability of Head Start/EHS eligible children and the policies and procedures of all programs. The ERSEA Assistant Manager assists with the implementation services by performing the following duties.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate, Bachelor's or advanced Degree in Business, Accounting, Social Services or a related field
• High School Diploma/Equivalent and equivalent on the job training and experience
• Experience in business information systems/computer related field
• 1-3 years prior job related experience and ERSEA Credential preferred
