What You Need You must have experience managing cases in state and federal courts; supervising/mentoring staff; managing discovery; taking/defending depositions; drafting complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision; and preparing for trial. This is also an opportunity for a forward-thinking lawyer to learn about the business of practicing law What You Get Job Type: Full-time Pay: The sky really is the limit, but applicants can expect $150,000+ for meeting minimum expectations. Health insurance Unlimited paid time off 401(k) match Group life and disability insurance Vision Insurance Relocation Assistance Responsibilities Manage cases from intake through resolution Efficiently litigate and resolves cases Oversee paralegals, and administrative staff Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Qualifications Must be admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee. Additional states are not required, but it is a bonus.
