Mots clés (ex : ingénieur commercial Paris) Description du poste En appuie de la Responsable Vie Mutualiste/Communication, vous accompagnez les caisses locales, la caisse régionale et les élus dans leur dynamique institutionnelle pour soutenir le développement et la communication afin de renforcer l’ancrage territorial de Groupama Océan Indien. Assistance administrative Gérer l'envoi des invitations pour les réunions et événements. Rédiger les comptes rendus (PV) des réunions. Assurer les tâches de secrétariat et de gestion administrative courante (suivi de fichiers, traitement des devis…). Communication et Événementiel Participer à l'organisation des événements institutionnels. Contribuer à la communication interne et externe. Assister dans la création de supports de communication et la mise en œuvre d’actions de communication et de prévention afin de stimuler et d’organiser la vie des caisses locales. Proactivité et Aide Institutionnelle Apporter un soutien institutionnel proactif à l’équipe institutionnel. Assurer une veille et être force de proposition pour améliorer les processus administratifs et de communication. Qualifications Expérience confirmée en gestion administrative, la gestion de projet & commerciale serait un atout. Excellente connaissance du monde de l’entreprise et du fonctionnement de la vie institutionnelle. Compétences rédactionnelles et qualités relationnelles reconnues. Réactivité, dynamisme et engagement pour la Satisfaction Client pour s'adapter à une multiplicité d’interlocuteurs. Capacité à prendre des initiatives. À l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les nouveaux modes de communication.
