Front Desk Receptionist

Do you love working with kids and families? Are you friendly, organized, and great at multitasking? Our fun, fast-paced gymnastics facility for children is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (part time) to be the welcoming face of our gym! Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays: 3:45-8:15pm, Saturdays 8am-2pm Pay range: $17-$20 depending on experience What You'll Do Greet children and parents with a positive, upbeat attitude Check students in and out for classes, camps, and parties Answer phones, emails, and questions about programs and schedules Process registrations, payments, and basic account updates Assist with birthday parties and special events as needed Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional Communicate clearly with coaches and management What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and customer-service focused Comfortable working with kids and families Strong communication and basic computer skills Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Available for afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends Previous front desk, childcare, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Why You'll Love Working Here Positive, supportive, kid-friendly environment Fun workplace with energetic kids and families Training provided - we'll set you up for success Opportunity to grow with a well-established gymnastics program If you're dependable, enthusiastic, and enjoy being part of a team that helps kids grow in confidence and skills, we'd love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Twist 'N Flip Gymnastics
