The Operations Manager - E-commerce plays a critical role in overseeing and streamlining the daily operations of our fast-paced e-commerce business. This position is responsible for managing supply chain activities, controlling inventory, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The role demands strong leadership with floor presence and the ability to optimize processes while supervising a team of 25 to 100 members. The Operations Manager will interact moderately with external vendors and suppliers and primarily utilize ERP software to maintain smooth operations. Travel is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain processes to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Control inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste
• Oversee order fulfillment activities to maintain customer satisfaction
• Supervise and mentor a team ranging from 25 to 100 employees
• Optimize workflows and operational processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Track performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Collaborate moderately with external vendors and suppliers
• Maintain floor presence to support daily operations and team dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management
