Main Responsibilities of a Shift Leader Responsible for opening and/or closing procedures Responsible for leading daily operations through effective leadership of staff positioning Responsible for financial stewardship Shift Leader Job Description We are looking for an experienced customer focused and skilled shift leader, who will work alongside of store directors to run daily operations effectively and with attention to detail. Shift leader candidates are required to demonstrate genuine hospitality within a fast-paced quick service restaurant and be in constant contact with the staff and guests. They need to provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members ensuring consistent alignment with Chick-fil-A's vision and values. While utilizing a hands on leadership style, shift leaders develop their team leaders and team members to provide the highest quality customer services through second mile service. More importantly, an ideal shift leader candidate should be able to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of individuals while maintaining a positive, and productive work environment along with strong decision making, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
