*Full-Time - Day shift and night shift available, 3x12 hour shifts per week!

$15k Sign on Bonus - 2 year commitment (paid in full within 90 days from hire)

MLR.org is seeking a AMT or ASCP certified (or eligible) Medical Lab Technician / MT / MLS to fill a full time role with a reputable healthcare organization!

ASCP MLT / MLS Schedule: Days and nights available, 3x12s per week (FT)

6:30p - 7a or 6:30a - 7pm

Lab Department Overview: High-energy department that utilizes a state-of-the-art automation line, Epic Beaker, and SoftBank LIS Systems. As a MLT/MLS, you will play a crucial role in our team dedicated to delivering exceptional laboratory services and contributing to cutting-edge advancements in healthcare.

MLT / MT / MLS Functions:

Perform complex laboratory procedures across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
Analyze and interpret laboratory data, maintaining high standards of quality control and assurance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.

Medical Laboratory Technician / Scientist Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP or equivalent accrediting agency.
Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
