Job Title: Bilingual HR Assistant Location: Houston, TX Type: Direct Hire Pay: $25 - $31.25 / Hour DOE Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Overview This position serves as the initial point of contact for the department. The responsibilities include payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of payroll and human resources. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the HR department wherever needed Scanning and e‑filing Ordering office supplies, attending to the kitchen, greeting guests Assisting with HR needs and payroll assistance Other duties as assigned by management Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years HR and/or payroll assistance experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skillsComputer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business Experience in the construction industry ADP WFN experience highly preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
