Step into a meaningful role as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students from preschool through 12th grade. This full-time, in-person position focuses on providing direct services to a caseload of 70 students within a vibrant school community. With a contract beginning at the start of August, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster language, communication, and academic success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status welcomed
• School-based experience is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across preschool through 12th grade
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Provide consultation and education to teachers, parents, and caregivers on strategies for communication development
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
