Leave Coordinator

Role Overview The Leave and Accommodations Manager oversees centralized absence and accommodations administration, ensuring operational efficiency, process consistency, and regulatory compliance. This role manages work distribution, quality, and team performance within a tiered service delivery model, while fostering employee development. What You Will Do Responsibilities include overseeing the ADA interactive process, leveraging HRIS platforms, ensuring compliance with leave and accommodation laws, promoting a customer‑centric approach, and mentoring a team of leave and accommodation specialists.
