Join Our Expansion Team as a Patient Service Representative!
Casper Dermatology Clinic is growing and opening two new offices in East Casper and Douglas. We are looking for energetic, patient-focused Patient Service Representatives who are eager to make an impact from day one.
This unique opportunity allows you to help launch our newest locations while delivering outstanding care and creating a positive patient experience. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership abilities, adaptability, and a passion for excellence.

Position Details

• Travel position with a consistent weekly schedule
• 3 to 4 days per week in Casper
• 1 to 2 days per week in Douglas
• Opportunity to support the growth and success of both new offices

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Performs opening and closing clinic duties
• Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance
• Scans documents into electronic health record
• Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the day
• Checks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the day
• Schedules follow up appointments as needed
• Responds to designated tasks in the electronic health record
• Orders clinic office supplies
• Sells and tracks cosmetic products
• Distributes mail
• Prepares for next day scheduled appointments

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1+ years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity is preferred
• Proficient in basic computer functions
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm is preferred
• Must possess attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors
• Must demonstrate professional appearance and manner at all times
• Must display a friendly, cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor, and must be compassionate and caring in dealing with others
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
