Responsibilities Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly Requirements & Skills Board Certified Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program Experience in an urgent care setting is preferred, with the ability to handle high volumes and work independently Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
